Professional Security for Joomla

Within a week or two of putting up my first Joomla site I saw hack attempts coming in at it. I read the forums here and saw post after post about hacked sites. I didn't want my time and money wasted and started looking around for quality security to protect the two joomla sites that I have now operating.

The reason for calling is twofold, are they available, do they seem willing and eager to provide pre-sales information and do I get the impression that they will be just as eager to help with support after purchase.
